Our Products
Please note that due to the nature of majority of our pieces being vintage, timber, or handmade, imperfections such as cracks, uneven surfaces, and colour variations, are part of the unique character of the piece and will not be considered as a fault.
Corabe aims to photograph our products as true to colour and style as possible. Please note that items colours may vary slightly on different device screens and in different locations due to lighting variance. If you would like to see further details on a piece, please contact us with the ‘product code/s’ requesting further details on the item.
When purchasing from Corabe, you agree to accept the small chance that there will be minor variation between the items actual colour and design and our photographed representation on our ecommerce store.
Please be sure to select and purchase carefully, this includes checking measurements to ensure the item/s will fit through doorways, access points and in the desired location.

Wholesale & Trade Application

To apply for a wholesale or trade account, please contact us via email at hello@corabe.co to receive an application form. Once the application has been approved by Corabe, you will be notified with further information.

Please note that items will vary slightly in colour & style as majority of our pieces are vintage, timber or handmade. It is the customers responsibility to notify Corabe if a specific style is required.

All trade enquiries will be assessed case by case to determine the discount for the pieces or project requirements.

Payment Terms – Wholesale & Trade

The minimum wholesale order is $200.  

An invoice will be issued for payment. Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or bank transfer. The order will not be dispatched until the full payment is received. Failure to make full payment within 7 days of ordering will be considered as termination of the order.

Full freight charges will be passed onto and covered by the customer. Please note, each order requires an individual quote for an accurate freight cost. If you have a preferred freighter, we are happy to contact them for a quote.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to thoroughly check the order and invoice for any discrepancies such as product codes, style, size and ensure your business details including delivery address are correct.

If you choose to cancel your wholesale order after payment has been made, a credit will be issued, no refund.

Refunds & Returns Policy – Wholesale & Trade

Please consider your purchase very carefully. We do not allow refunds based on change of mind. We are willing to offer an exchange or credit note.

If returning an item, all freight costs incurred are to be paid by the customer. If the item is not returned in the same condition as when it was received, Corabe has the right to deny a credit note or exchange.

We do not accept any returns or refunds based on the character of our vintage, timber, and handmade products.
 
Pre-Orders
Corabe will clearly indicate if an item is available for pre-order on our website. We will have an estimated arrival date stated in the product description. However, it is possible that delays that are out of our control may occur. Once the items have arrived at our premises, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch or delivery date.
Pre-order payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, or PayPal.
