Our Products
At CORABE, we celebrate the individuality of our products, many of which are vintage, crafted from timber, or handmade. As such, imperfections such as cracks, uneven surfaces, and colour variations are inherent characteristics that contribute to their unique charm and will not be considered faults.
CORABE strives to present our products as true to colour and style as possible in our photographs. However, please note that variations may occur due to differences in device screens and lighting conditions. If you require additional details about a product, please contact us with the product code(s), and we will gladly provide further information.
By purchasing from CORABE, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of minor variations between the actual item’s colour and design and its photographed representation. Please ensure you select carefully, including checking measurements to confirm the item will fit through doorways, access points, and in its intended location.
Wholesale & Trade Application
To apply for a wholesale or trade account, please contact us at hello@corabewholesale.co to request an application form. Once your application has been approved by CORABE, we will notify you with further details.
Please note that items may vary slightly in colour and style, as many of our pieces are vintage, timber, or handmade. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform CORABE if a specific style is required.
All trade inquiries will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine the discount applicable to the pieces or project requirements.
Wholesale Exclusivity and Retail Store Policy
CORABE wholesale operations are entirely separate from CORABE retail stores. Products available for wholesale are limited to those listed on our wholesale website or offered directly by our team. Requests for items displayed in or reserved for our retail stores will not be accommodated. CORABE reserves the right to decline wholesale requests for any products designated for our retail store inventory. This ensures the exclusivity and integrity of our retail offerings.
Payment Terms – Wholesale & Trade

The minimum wholesale order is $300.

An invoice will be issued for payment. Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or bank transfer. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

Payment must be made within 7 days of ordering, or the order will be considered terminated.

Freight charges will be quoted individually and are the responsibility of the customer. If you have a preferred freight provider, we are happy to request a quote from them.

It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check the order and invoice for any discrepancies, including product codes, style, size, and delivery address.

Cancellations after payment has been made will result in a credit being issued; no refunds will be provided.
Refunds & Returns Policy – Wholesale & Trade

Purchases should be considered carefully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Exchanges or credit notes may be offered at our discretion.

If returning an item, all freight costs incurred must be covered by the customer. Items must be returned in the same condition as received; failure to do so may result in the denial of a credit note or exchange.

CORABE does not accept returns or refunds due to the inherent characteristics of our vintage, timber, and handmade products.
Pre-Orders
Products available for pre-order will be clearly indicated on our website, along with an estimated arrival date. Please note that delays beyond our control may occur. Once pre-order items arrive at our premises, we will notify you with an estimated dispatch or delivery date.
Pre-order payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or bank transfer.
